Newmarch House

Newmarch House is ARV’s newest assisted living community. Located in the beautiful Nepean Valley, this world class ‘ageing in place’ facility provides care tailored to the individual needs of residents. We offer low level, high level and dementia specific care, with 102 rooms specially designed to maximise comfort and peace of mind.

The innovative design of the building, with wide hallways, plenty of natural light and access to outdoor terraces, creates a roomy and relaxed atmosphere helping to encourage relationships and a neighbourhood feel.

At Newmarch House all your meals are fully catered for and served in our various dining rooms. Registered nurses and certified carers work together to offer residents individualised care plans which can include showering, dressing, personal care and medication administration. Our friendly staff are available 24 hours a day.
Those residents who require secure dementia specific care are offered this in a safe and supportive environment with access to spacious, secure and landscaped outdoor areas.

A range of recreational and therapeutic activities are also offered in line with resident’s interests and needs.

Newmarch House provides 20 bonded high care accommodations. Each room includes a private ensuite and shower with toilet and vanity. All rooms are stylishly furnished and fitted with internet access, 32 inch LCD TV and phone connection.

Rooms also have appointed built-in wardrobes with secure drawers. All rooms are fully air conditioned with reverse cycle air conditioning, large secure windows provide natural light and ventilation, taking full advantage of the serenity of nature. Rooms have views over the nature strip and landscaped outdoor terraces. Contemporary stylished interior design and quality furnishings creates a relaxed, comfortable and unpretentious look.
